WARRANTY & RETURNS

By purchasing our Bob Beck Instruments you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. 

Waiver: 

Whilst this technology is generally considered safe, there exists potential for rare individual reactions that cannot reasonably be foreseen. Therefore, your use of the Bob Beck Instruments Products constitutes your agreement that you are responsible for your decision to use the technology. 

Warranty: 

A 24-month limited warranty applies to all internally mounted components (unless stated otherwise on your invoice or elsewhere). Wrist Bands, Wrist Electrodes Cables, Electrodes Cotton Covers, Silver Electrodes due to their personal nature once used cannot be returned and are not subject to a refund. Coil Paddles are NOT covered by our warranty. 

Instruments that are faulty may be returned for repair or replacement if a repair is not possible. Opening of instrument case, interfering with, modifying of electronics or misuse voids warranty. All Instruments are fitted with intrusion detection technology. Warranty Type: "Return to Base" (RTB), Customer pays return postage to Bob Beck Instruments, Bob Beck Instruments pays return postage to customer by STD Post. Insurance is the buyer’s option/responsibility and payable by the buyer prior to shipping. Lost items (domestic and international). Bob Beck Instruments will not be responsible for items lost by Post or International Couriers or retained by customs. Bob Beck Instruments will however lodge a "Lost Item Claim" with the Postal service or appointed Courier used. 

RETURNS: Please ENSURE (BEFORE YOU PURCHASE) that the item you wish to purchase is suitable for your intended use. Illustrations on our website are for general information only. Bob Beck Instruments reserve the right to make changes without prior notice. Instruments that have NOT been used may be returned within 7 working days depending on circumstances and by mutual agreement from the date of tax invoice may receive a refund, less a 12% restocking fee and customs charges if applicable. Instruments that have been used and are not faulty cannot be returned. Instruments that have been opened (detected by intrusion technology) voids warranty and will not be subject to a refund. Instruments that have been tampered with, or modified void warranty and will not be subject to a refund. 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: IMPORTANT! It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the product purchased is suitable for import in to their respective region. Check with your customs agency BEFORE making a purchase. Customs charges (if applicable to your region) are payable by the customer. 

Customs charges (if applicable) for returned items are payable by the customer.In the event of customs rejecting the shipment and retaining the goods, no refunds will be made. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with their local customs department prior to placing an order. Returns will NOT be accepted in the event a customer changes his/her mind upon receipt of goods.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure sufficient insurance cover. We do NOT export to Spain, Iran, Iraq, Thailand, Syria, Africa, Mexico, Brazil and Portugal.

INSURANCE: It is the buyer’s responsibility to request additional insurance at the time of purchase to cover the total cost of purchase. 

ACCESSORIES: Accessories that have been used due to their personal nature cannot be returned for a refund.
